What is the Substrate Builders Program?

In order to support the birth of more and more high-quality projects on the Polkadot network, the Web3 Foundation launched the Grant program to help those projects that promote the development of Web3.0 through the most direct financial support, especially those related to Substrate. At present, the Grant program has funded more than 150 projects based on the Substrate framework, and these projects have had a positive impact on the ecological development of Polkadot.
