Jimmi：Hello Scott, before the AMA, would you please introduce the team members and what Blockswap does? What kind of problem was the original intention of creating Blockswap to solve?

Matt：We are a team of 6 members spread across Western hemisphere.

Blockswap Network is on a mission to onboard everyday user to PoS chain by giving a stable yield for them. We are focused on mainstram adoption of DeFi connecting it with outside world. Opensaver is our key product to make this happen.

Scott：Building an Immutable protocol bringing fixed income products to PoS chains. Using PoS and staking as the mechanism to trustlessly redistribute wealth.

Matt：OPen Saver is a Universal Basic Saving that enables anyone to earn 7% USD yield from their native currency without going through any additoinal hurdles in crypto. We make sure the yield is perpetual by backing it with a PoS asset colleteral onchain.

Jimmi：There are now many agricultural income pools with high yields, many of which have annualized yields exceeding 2000%. This also attracts a large number of users to participate. Compared with these ultra-high APY agricultures, what is advantage of the fixed yield ? Who is its main Users? What is the necessity of its existence?

Matt：Defi is currently an echochamber to only a few thousand users, and driven by less than a hundred whales in terms of Yield opportunities. We are focused on native yield asset that has enough longevity to protect users wealth in the long term. All 2000% yields advertised are very misleading and only exist for a few days. Saver is more focused on onboarding mainstream users into DeFi and the Real world. It states OpenSaver which means open for everyone globally to interact and save their wealth onchain for any period.

Scott：Defi TVL has grown by over 40x in the past 12 months and we have seen a flux of different protocol tokens incentivising short term, super high rate yields. However until now no one has been able to offer a long term, fixed rate and sustainable savings product.

Jimmi：Fixed income is indeed very important compared to large funds and people who want to stabilize their financial management. Fixed interest rates are also an important factor in the stability of the DeFi market. How does OpenSaver maintain APY at 7%? Can you explain the principle of OpenSaver?

Matt：OpenSaver is new architecture from ground up for a sustainable saving market for mainstream. Every asset in OpenSaver ecosystem will have fixed native yield. In this case SaverUSD has 7% which comes from a Bonded PoS Asset collateral backing that deposit. The Market has an opportunity to bond the SaverUSD deposit with the PoS Asset keeping 150% collateral ratio and go long on PoS asset value getting a Balanced Exposure. OpenSaver smart contract will make sure the assets are maintained with this collateralization ratio.

Jimmi：The collateralized asset of your income pool is the L1 token on the POS public chain, but if the L1 token itself depreciates, can it still guarantee a 7% fixed income?

Scott：Yes we still guarantee, firstly we are being selective on what PoS chains we choose where these needs large amounts of liquidity. In the case the PoS assets drop in value the Saver Bond market in our system creates an arbitrage opportunity to buy up the Saver Bonds. Large assets managers are very use to this process.

Scott：The governance shall be completely with the community. We shall launching mainnet on DAO governance model by end of this year.

问：What are your advantages over other Pos fixed-income projects?

Matt：There arent there in fixed income products suites apart from big Centralized players Index funds like greyscale. Ours is fully permissionless and onchain so everycan access. Also it fully non-custodial funds are always SAFU.
