Odaily News Infini released a statement in the Telegram group, announcing today that it will officially stop its Infini Card service, including Global Card, Lite Card and Tech Card will be suspended from use and new applications from now on. Although the card service is terminated, core functions such as top-up, withdrawal and Earn income will remain normal, and user assets will still be safe and controllable.
In order to properly respond to this adjustment, Infini will automatically refund the actual card opening fee (excluding the discount portion) to the account balance of all affected users. It is expected to arrive within 10 working days without any additional operation.
Regarding refund processing:
In-transit refunds will be returned to the Infini account within 5–21 business days;
For refunds that have not been received for more than 21 days and for which relevant forms have been submitted, Infini will continue to follow up and return the refund to the account balance as soon as possible.
Infini said that if users have questions or need to know more about the progress, they can contact the team through the customer service in the App or join the official Telegram community.
