Odaily News K33 today signed an investment agreement with its shareholders Klein Group (through Aurora 3 AS), Middelborg Invest AS, Tigergutt Invest AS and Modiola AS to raise a total of SEK 60 million (approximately USD 6.23 million) for the company's Bitcoin treasury strategy. These funds will be used for the company's new Bitcoin funding strategy, and the net proceeds will be used entirely to purchase Bitcoin.
