It is reported that Robert Mitchnick, head of digital assets at BlackRock, also attended the meeting. BlackRock representatives discussed "relevant considerations for ETP products that support pledge functions" with the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and discussed parameters such as position calculations and exercise limits for cryptocurrency ETF options, including liquidity thresholds and other issues. In addition, BlackRock also discussed with the SEC the general standards for approving crypto ETFs.
