Odaily News Lombard has reached a cooperation with the Eigen Foundation to formally incorporate its liquid pledged Bitcoin token LBTC into the EigenLayer re-staking system. This cooperation allows Bitcoin holders to obtain basic income through the Babylon protocol and obtain additional rewards in EigenLayer. The two parties will jointly promote the security and penalty mechanism design of Bitcoin re-staking in the next six months.
