Odaily News The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and cryptocurrency exchange Gemini filed an application with New York federal court judge Edgardo Ramos to suspend the related litigation for 60 days to explore potential settlement options.
The case stems from the SEC's January 2023 lawsuit against Gemini and cryptocurrency lending company Genesis Global Capital, alleging that they offered unregistered securities through the Gemini Earn program. (Cointelegraph)
