New address "0x114E" withdraws 7,100 ETH ($14.27 million) from Gemini
"0xC377" withdrew 4,709 ETH (US$9.47 million) from Binance and mortgaged it to Aave, borrowing 8 million USDT. It is suspected that the other two addresses continued to increase their positions. They withdrew 2,697 ETH (US$5.44 million) and 1,427 ETH (US$2.86 million) from OKX and Kraken respectively.
