Odaily News Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), wrote on X that in the first two weeks of trading, STRK was the best performing and most liquid perpetual preferred security.
Earlier news, Strategy's new convertible preferred stock Strike (STRK) was listed on the Nasdaq. The company proposed new performance goals, including Bitcoin revenue of $10 billion and Bitcoin yield of 15% in 2025. In addition, the company did not adopt the Financial Stability Accounting Board (FASB) rules, otherwise it would have avoided a $1 billion impairment loss.
So far, Strategy has used about $17 billion of its $21 billion market-cap stock program. In its earnings report, the company suggested that stock sales accounted for only 2.9% of total cumulative trading volume, with trading from November 11 to 15 accounting for 7% of total trading volume.
