Odaily News Adspower Fingerprint Browser officially released a security notice on the X platform, saying, "On January 24, 2025, the AdsPower security team discovered that some users' encrypted wallet plug-ins were maliciously replaced. We urgently fixed this vulnerability and reminded users to delete all malicious plug-ins as soon as possible. We have invited the SlowMist team to participate in the investigation and evidence collection. If the user installed or updated the relevant wallet plug-in between 18:00 on January 21, 2025 and 18:00 on January 24 (UTC+8), please follow the prompts below:
1. Reinstall the Chrome plugin;
2. Transfer your cryptocurrency to a secure wallet to minimize risk.
If the user does not take action or receive in-app alerts during this period, the account is safe.”
