Binance Labs announced that it would be renamed YZi Labs. Ella Zhang returned to YZi Labs as head. Ella Zhang co-founded Binance Labs with CZ in 2018 and served as its first head. In an interview, Ella Zhang said that YZi Labs is a variation of the name of the co-founder of Binance and has now become a "pure family office investment tool."
