Odaily星球日报讯 前 FTX 高管 Ryan Salame 因参与 FTX 的巨额加密欺诈案，于 2023 年 10 月开始服刑 7 年半，但其刑期已缩短一年多，预计将于 2031 年 3 月 1 日获释。Salame 因涉嫌非法竞选资金捐赠和运营无牌资金传输业务被判刑，其刑期缩减可能与 2018 年《第一步法案》相关，符合良好行为的囚犯可获减刑。同案中，FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried 被判 25 年监禁，其余高管如 Caroline Ellison 等也已认罪并获刑。（Business Insider）
