Odaily News Telegram ecosystem trading platform Vanilla Finance announced the completion of its Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Paper Ventures, UOB Ventures and ABCDE Labs, with participation from HTX Ventures, Ocular, Openspace, Y2 Ventures, Signum Capital and angel investors from projects such as STEPN and Scroll.
