Odaily News Nasdaq-listed company Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, NM Data Inc., focused on the development and acquisition of Bitcoin mining facilities. NM Data has signed an agreement to invest up to $3 million in Ohio-based Future Tech Incorporated to develop and build up to 50MW of Bitcoin mining and data center hosting facilities in Stryker, Ohio.
