Washington sources have rumored that Gary is likely to announce after Thanksgiving that he will leave in early January (before Trump's inauguration). Eleanor added that as for who will replace Gary, former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo has denied rumors of his nomination, but Robinhood Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher, Bob Stebbins, Paul Atkins and Brad Bondi are still on the list of candidates.
