Chris Giancarlo: I have no intention of running for the next SEC chairman and I don't want to clean up Gary Gensler's mess

Odaily News Chris Giancarlo, former chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), clarified on the X platform that he did not run for the next chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He said that when he was the chairman of the CFTC, he had cleaned up a lot of the "mess" of the current SEC chairman Gary Gensler, and now he does not want to do it again.
