Odaily News Helium Mobile, a mobile network powered by Helium Network’s blockchain wireless infrastructure, said it has reached a sponsorship agreement with the University of Southern California (USC) and its Trojans varsity sports team. A Helium representative said: “By leveraging human-built wireless networks, Helium Mobile enables users to contribute to coverage and benefit from affordable, reliable phone service. The crypto-incentive model rewards users and hotspot operators for supporting network growth, driving participation in decentralized wireless.
