Odaily News U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Gary Gensler said on Thursday that the agency’s “new look” at the application for a spot Bitcoin ETF has taken into account recent court rulings. While the SEC has rejected previous applications for a spot Bitcoin fund for years, a panel of judges ordering the regulator to reconsider Grayscale’s failed bid may be starting to change things. The agency is currently considering more than a dozen applications from major asset managers including BlackRock and Fidelity.
