After further consideration, we have decided not to File any post-trial motions. We reserve the right to appeal. Legal experts believe that SBFs decision to waive post-trial motions indicates that the team is currently preparing an appeal. It is reported that SBFs lawyers (especially Mark Cohen) insisted that he was innocent and said that they would continue to actively respond to the accusations against him. Lawyers for SBF also made a request for bail, but it was rejected by District Judge Joyann Ferguson Pratt, saying he was a potential flight risk.
