According to previous news, the U.S. SEC stated in a recently submitted document that the institutional-grade custody platform Ceffu (formerly Binance Custody) provides third-party wallet custody software and support services to BAM, the holding company of Binance.US. Ceffu issued a statement denying this statement and stated that it is committed to providing digital asset custody solutions to institutional users in jurisdictions outside the United States. BAM and BHL (Binance Holdings Limited) are not within its scope of services.
