The name of the new company after the merger will be named Hut 8 Corp.. will be a registered entity in the United States. At present, Hut 8 Corp. has submitted an amendment to the Form S-4 registration statement to the SEC. However, the completion of this transaction is still subject to regulatory approval, shareholder approval, court approval and other customary closing conditions of the transaction.
