Odaily News: In the documents submitted to the Southern District Court of New York on August 25th, SBF's legal team stated that the time for SBF to review the evidence before the trial is not sufficient if the prosecutor's proposal is followed.



On August 24th, the US Department of Justice provided about 4 million pages of evidence materials, as well as "millions of pages of documents and a large amount of data" for SBF to review before the criminal trial. The lawyers stated that no measure other than temporarily releasing SBF can adequately address these issues and protect SBF's right to participate in their own defense. (Cointelegraph)



Previously, it was reported that SBF would be allowed to meet with their lawyers in the Southern District Court of New York every day to prepare for the trial on October 2nd.
