Odaily News - Poof Payments has announced the release of an open-source version of its multi-party computation (MPC) wallet. This wallet is integrated with Shamir Secret Sharing (SSS) and is designed for use with the XRP Ledger (XRPL). The project has received support from the XRP Ledger Grants program.



By introducing an open-source MPC wallet infrastructure for XRP, Poof provides a secure payment server that can be used for creating institutional-grade self-custodial wallets, payment processing applications, and deposit/withdrawal infrastructure for the XRP Ledger ecosystem. (PRNewswire)
