Odaily News: The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Celsius has announced that a hearing to review the Disclosure Statement of the Celsius bankruptcy reorganization plan will be held on August 10th. The court will determine whether the Disclosure Statement provides sufficient information to creditors for an informed vote on the plan. The court will also consider whether the debtor is authorized to solicit votes on the plan and schedule a confirmation hearing. The debtor has requested the confirmation hearing to be held on September 29th.



On July 17th, the debtor, the Creditors' Committee, the Ad Hoc Group of Borrowers, and certain Earn creditors will participate in a mediation session before Judge Wiles to discuss the treatment of Earn and loan issues in the plan. The Committee hopes that all parties can reach an agreement on the fair distribution of the property value among the creditors. On July 19th, the debtor and the Committee plan to discuss the plan through Twitter Space with the Fahrenheit Consortium.
