Odaily星球日报讯 在参议院农业委员会听证会上，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席Rostin Behnam表示不同意美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席Gary Gensler此前称“除比特币外所有加密货币都应归类为证券”的说法。

他认为以太坊和稳定币（比如Tether）属于商品，而不是证券。Behnam还称，他希望与SEC合作以寻求协调机会，但CFTC尚未收到如何区分商品与证券的法律指导。
